Sun Connection offers in Japan a neat low-cost PMP dubbed SC-VP200SD.
The SC-VP200SD flash memory media player features a 2.4 inch color screen with 480x320px resolution, 1.3MP camera with Flash, MP3 music player, MP4 video player, 128MB built-in memory and SD memory card slot.
Sun Connection offers the SC-VP200SD for 12,800 Yen, which is about $100 USD. Sure this PMP only has 128MB, but the feature-set is impressive. The SC-VP200SD PMP measures 108×56×14.5mm and weighs 110g.
